Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Quality, Risk, and Innovation team. As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to help us meet deadlines and goals.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, create reports, administer software, and maintain document control with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Provide exceptional front-of-house support for customer feedback, including compliments and complaints.
* Maintain a high level of awareness of privacy and confidentiality in daily duties.
* Participate in quality improvement activities and projects as required.
Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in clerical/reception skills, including strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
