The Role
* Prepare vehicles for painting by priming, buffing, and denibbing as per job sheet specifications.
* Handle all vehicles with care and attention to detail.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with workshop cleanliness.
* Adhere to the company's Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policy and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Prepper or Painting role within the automotive or similar industry, including sign writing or commercial painting.
* Strong commitment to working safely and adhering to OH&S policies.
* High attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
* Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills.
* Full Australian work rights and a current driver's license (not essential).
