Key Responsibilities:
* Work with participants to gather information regarding review requests and inform them about decisions, reviews, and appeals processes.
* Undertake evidence-based decision making as prescribed in relevant laws, guidelines, and policies.
* Monitor and manage caseloads to ensure internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
* Contribute to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes, and systems.
Requirements:
Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply for this 12-month contract with a possibility of renewal. The Reviews Branch collaborates with various stakeholders to manage and resolve reviews and complaints promptly and transparently.

Job Details:
Hourly Rate: $55.24 + super
Contract Duration: Approximately 12 months
