In a hybrid role, you will be responsible for building customer relationships and offering support to grow accounts, as well as an opportunity to make a significant impact and be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and results.This role plays an integral part in the Sales team's implementation of long-term strategic activities by engaging within the market to secure and promote the Clevertronics brand and market share.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Developing and evolving strategies for obtaining and maintaining growth in the wholesale channel by:Adding value through application solutions and cost-benefit analysis.Understanding what value means to the contractor and their customer.Understanding what value means to Wholesalers.Maintaining a regular call cycle, building relationships through the Wholesale market segment, and driving sales through electrical contractors.New business development will be done by targeting electrical contractors and channelling sales through the wholesalers.Providing market feedback to the sales & marketing team to assist in closing sales or creating promotions with Wholesalers.Providing educational opportunities to Wholesalers and key branch personnel on Clevertronics products, merchandising requirements, technical information, etc.Attending company and client functions, which may occasionally require out-of-hours participation.Contribute to the efficacy and advancement of our QMS/EMS by upholding and promoting our quality and environmental policies in all job functions.Additional duties as required from time to time as per business requirements.About You:At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within Electrical, Wholesale, Construction, or other technical industry.Electrical industry experience related to either a technical or commercial level (Preferred but not essential).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, identify growth opportunities, manage projects, and develop actionable plans.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent organisation, presentation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.Current valid driver's license.Why work with the Clevertronics team?Well, that's easy!
