Powerlift Industries (PLI) is a leading service provider in the Mining and Resource industries, proudly based in Karratha, Pilbara. As construction progresses at Mardie, we are seeking experienced Industrial Painters for a 16 week project to assist with remediation works on the BCI, Mardie Potash Project. ABOUT THE PROJECT: BCI Minerals Limited (ASX:BCI) is an Australian owned mineral resources company with salt and potash as its initial focus. A future Tier One project, Mardie has been designed to produce 5.35Mtpa of high-purity salt and 140ktpa of Sulphate of Potash (SOP). Using an inexhaustible seawater resource and 99% of the energy required produced by natural solar and wind energy, the Mardie project is a multi-generational sustainable opportunity that will supply the growing chemical, renewable energy, and agricultural industries with Salt and Sulphate of Potash for generations to come. ABOUT THE ROLE: 16 Week Project – commencing early April 2025 3/1 Roster Flights provided from Perth 11.5 hour shifts, Wednesdays’ ARE 7 hour shifts $59.21 per hour plus penalties Conducting Remediation works on conveyor modules along the jetty REQUIREMENTS: To be considered, you will need to satisfy the following criteria; Australian recognised trade qualification – Cert III Surface Preparation and Coating Application (highly desirable) Current and valid Australian drivers licence (mandatory) Working at Heights (mandatory) White Card (mandatory) Experience with Industrial Painting (mandatory) Strong commitment to safety A positive and flexible attitude to working within a team, including assisting in other duties when required Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol test National police clearance that not older than 3 months If you would like to be part of this short term project, and feel you have the relevant and required skills, we encourage you to apply now We reserve the right to close this vacancy and commence recruitment prior to the advertising closing date.
