The Board's paramount consideration is the safety and protection of the community.About the RoleThe Senior Project Officer (Communications and Strategy) is a member of the Secretariat and reports to the Secretariat's Chief Administrative Officer.
Some of your duties will include:Proactively identify emerging opportunities and issues that may impact the Board's reputation and provide strategic advice on communications.Developing and implementing communication projects to support the Secretariat's strategic business plan.Managing a high volume of email and hard copy correspondence to and from the Board.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Excellent writing skills with great attention to detail and strong proofing skills.Demonstrated experience in providing high quality information and advice to senior staff on complex communication issues.Demonstrated experience in writing and proofing material for print and digital media.Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communication projects.Demonstrated experience in building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders.Qualifications/requirementsA tertiary qualification in communications and/or extensive experience working in a similar role is essential.How to ApplyPlease click the Apply button on this advertisement.
