A great opportunity for a culinary leader to take on a roving role supporting our chefs. This full-time position is Monday to Friday with no late nights or weekends.

About the Role:
* Travel required
* Covering Head Chef and Sous Chef positions across the Gold Coast
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
* Food Safety Supervisory Certification required
Key Responsibilities:
* Create hero moments for customers by preparing nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program
* Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program
* Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events

Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
* Pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance
