The opportunity for you to join the team is now available, as the Executive Assistant to the Group Executive, NDSS & International Programs. You will not only provide executive support, but also you are an integral part of the broader team, assisting them to achieve their organisational goals.
Your day to day will see you; provide calendar and travel management; develop key documents/templates by utilising your well-developed skills across the MS Office Suite; provide stakeholder management and correspondence coordination; ensure projects and related tasks are coordinated to timeframes; and general ad hoc support to ensure the smooth operations of the team.
You are extremely organised and adept at communicating to influence outcomes. You have an incredibly strong administration skill set and can confidently troubleshoot any hurdles in your journey of helping your wider team, and organisation, achieve their goals.
You will stand out in this process by demonstrating your adaptability, giving strong examples of your transferrable skills, speaking with diplomacy and confidence, and providing proven patterns of an innate ability to maintain the strictest of confidence.
