Job Description The Supply Chain Architect will be responsible for building trusted, long-lasting customer relationships and satisfaction by leading the end-to-end transformation journey for the customers. The journey begins with early engagement during the pre-sales stages by defining fit for purpose solution for solving Customer's business problems to leading implementation projects to drive Customer business outcomes as envisaged during the early engagements. To achieve this, the opportunity professional has a commanding knowledge of the following: - Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing - Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics - Product Lifecycle Management, Procurement You will be responsible for best-in-class customer engagements, starting from defining the solution approaches and deployment strategy to leading the implementation and rolls out to meet customer needs and to help them gain the maximum benefits from Oracle Solutions. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities - Research, analyse, architect and design Oracle software solutions that able to meet complex business requirements of customers and to resolve industry based business challenges. - Lead consulting engagements, evaluate existing systems, associated processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies in existing systems. - Advise customers on the best fit products for their software/solution as well as provide recommendations keeping in mind the future IT roadmap of the customer. - Provide inputs in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities on Oracle Cloud Technology including assistance with financial evaluation and costings for recommending custom application development, software purchases, implementations, and upgrades. - Drive the opportunity management process for our clients/prospects; Craft the solution & proposals for winning deals - Define processes, configurations and documentation standards/templates, best practice guidelines to be followed by the customers and project teams. - Design and build high quality Oracle based solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Technology as per customer requirements. Review Testing results of software/solution and ensure that software/solution meets functional and non-functional requirements. - Manage issues between Oracle and customers to achieve positive outcome - Support program/project manager to ensure success of each engagement both financially and from a customer satisfaction viewpoint. - Establish strong, lasting, and collaborative relationships with existing accounts/customers as well as internal Oracle Lines of Businesses (LOBs).
