Position Summary: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Australian team. In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that enhance brand presence, engage customers, and drive sales across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales.
2. Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
3. Maintain and optimize digital platforms, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and seamless performance.
4. Monitor platform performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and data regulations.
6. Collaborate with Brand Teams, Technical Vets, Sales, and other stakeholders to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
7. Stay current with digital trends and technologies, integrating innovative solutions to enhance platform performance.
Qualifications:
8. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field (preferably business with a focus on sales/marketing).
9. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
10. Proven experience managing digital platforms and websites.
11. Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content management, and user experience (UX) design.
12. Technical capabilities to develop and execute digital campaigns.
Additional Skills & Preferences:
13. Experience with CMS/LMS platforms such as Kontent.ai and Docebo.
14. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing software.
15. Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices and tools like Ahrefs.
16. Understanding of HTML/CSS and web development.
17. Self-motivated with strong team collaboration skills.
18. Ability to influence change and build rapport with stakeholders.
19. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
20. Capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
21. Initiative-driven with a creative approach to problem-solving.
