We currently have an opportunity for a Project Services Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of project planning and execution including the project plan and its relevant inclusion, such as schedule, cost plan, and risk management plan.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement within our Sunshine Coast University Hospital; from innovating processes to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Ensure all aspects of service delivery performance are monitored and reported.
Manage appropriately adjust operational activities to ensure service delivery.
Deliver in accordance with relevant KPIs from the Services Specification document.
Responsible for coordination of all projects, which include Minor Works, Lifecycle, EQM, MPRs, and Internally Defined activities/projects.
Coordinate and supervise the delivery of all project work within SCUH to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery.
Monitor and review risk, performance, and the quality of subcontractor delivered services.
What you’ll bring
Project Management certification with an FM trades background is desirable.
Experienced best practice project management (PMBOK) in the facilities and maintenance field. Experience within a health environment would be beneficial.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of work planning and scheduling practices and procedures.
Extensive knowledge of statutory obligations, codes of practice, and Building Code of Australia regulations.
Experience in subcontractor management.
