Job Description
This role manages the CitiPower/Powercor Contact Centre team, focusing on outstanding customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with a commitment to exceptional customer service, collaboration, and fostering a positive team culture.
As the Contact Centre Manager, you will lead Team Leaders responsible for ~70 Contact Centre professionals serving over two million customers across three distribution zones.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring Contact Centre performance meets business, regulatory, and service level targets.
* Continuously improving contact centre policies, procedures, and systems.
* Managing operating costs in line with budget requirements.
* Developing employee capabilities to meet current and future workload demands.
The role requires extensive experience in managing large customer service groups, leadership and human resource management principles, and detailed knowledge of contact centre operations.
Strong problem-solving and influencing skills are essential for success in this position.
