Participates in code reviews to ensure code quality, writes technical documentation and knowledge articles to share knowledge with rest of the team.The Senior Software Engineer will build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions and high-level engagement.
The role resolves daily incidents and tickets submitted by Parks Victoria staff in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer service commitments are met or exceeded.About the TeamParks Victoria protects and enhances over four million hectares of parks, ports, and waterways, and manages more than 30,000 assets.
This built infrastructure is geographically dispersed, broad in type and nature, many in number, with mixed usage, varied ownership and has a replacement value in the order of $1.8B.The Infrastructure and Information Technology Division provides core support in information technology and physical resources such as accommodation and fleet.
