As the General Manager - Operations, you will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in enabling operational efficiency, driving growth, and boosting financial performance across our clinics. Leverage your Operational Leadership experience to empower clinical and shared service teams, Medical Practitioners and our Service Providers to collaborate and deliver strategic programs, client offerings and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Lead a large team, develop strategic plans, and work closely with the Executive to drive growth and improve service delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, industry partners and internal stakeholders.Role model our values to embed an engaging team culture that fosters collaboration and accountability.Mentor several Operations Managers on resource planning, risk management, and performance improvement.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, estimating and reporting.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.Champion our Quality assurance program and provide operational support for Internal and External Audits to maintain our Accreditations.Drive performance enhancements while regularly evaluating team effectiveness through transparent feedback channels, annual performance reviews, recruitment, and training initiatives.Promoting effective communication across the operational network.Manage significant asset procurement and provide valuable feedback on key suppliers.Support tender submissions and seamlessly integrate new clinics into our network.Essential Skills and ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you will need:Exceptional communication skills.Strong leadership presence.Proven longevity in Operations management roles.Significant track record of leading teams across geographically dispersed locations.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, customers and suppliers.Proven capability to procure and manage inventory.Strong analytical skills.Desirable Experience and Qualifications Relevant Qualifications in Business Management and/or Occupational Health.Experience managing in health, aged care, or acute industry settings.Strong knowledge of clinical and medical services, as well as an understanding of medical/clinical business systems.Experience working within quality frameworks, including auditing and ISO/NSQHS standards.Why Join Us?
