As an Admin Assistant, you'll help maintain a productive and efficient workplace by providing essential administrative support to the sales team, managing client communications, and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Provisioning, setup, and deployment of customer orders handed over by sales reps – including mobiles, NBN, SIP, mobile apps and our hosted phone system Making client calls and updating customer records Processing and loading orders into the database Invoicing customers via Xero Coordinating with external vendors for necessary equipment and booking technicians Running customer training sessions on system usage Managing mobile porting and activations General admin – restocking kitchen and bathroom supplies Collecting mail – on a rotating monthly roster What do you need?
