About the Role The Employment Relations team is responsible for providing timely and pragmatic advice on all employee relations matters, including support on escalated and complex people issues and initiatives. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our high performing and collaborative team who are seen as trusted advisors across Metro South Health. Reporting to the Director Employee Relations, you will be responsible for the following: Provide advice to support the effective management of complex employment relations casework in the areas of industrial relations, awards and enterprise bargaining implementation, conversion of employment status, advocacy in QIRC and other tribunals, employee complaints and grievances, disciplinary processes, employment related litigations, appeals and ill health retirements. Assist in the review and maintenance of human resource policies, procedures, guidelines and supporting material to ensure that the instruments meet industrial requirements and organisational priorities. Prepare and provide timely advice on documentation including correspondence, business cases, briefings, reports and policy/discussion documents.
