A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage anexperienced Change Manager to play a crucial in implementing new customer-focused practices, while building organisational support. The successful Change Manager will be offered a 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option and hybrid working arrangements!
The successful Change Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Manage the development an execution of strategic change management to help the department to adapt to change.
* Plan and enhance the department organisational culture
* Conduct impact analysis, change readiness and support key stakeholders throughout the change journey
* Identity risk and issues with proposed changes.
The successful Change Manager will have experience in the following:
* Demonstrated experience within Organisational change with large organisations or federal government, would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills and engagement with stakeholders
* Change Management qualification such as Prosci
* Ability to lead Change initiatives
