Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Utilize tools like SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source, attract, and engage candidates.
* Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions and managing candidate communication.
* Candidate Management & Interviews: Conduct pre-screening, manage interview scheduling, and liaise with hiring managers to identify top candidates.
* Onboarding & Inductions: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience to integrate new hires effectively.
* Employer Branding & Market Positioning: Develop our employer brand and promote our unique culture and high-growth environment to attract top talent.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
* Experience recruiting business development or sales professionals is desirable.
