This role does not involve managing people but focusses on the meticulous management of distribution paperwork, export documentation, and importing requirements. Your new role Manage and oversee all aspects of MYOB Advanced and AccountRight. Handle distribution paperwork and ensure compliance with export and import regulations. Maintain and manage the company's HR portal, accounts information, and ATO portal details. Manage business funds securely and accurately. Perform clerical duties, including handling emails, phone calls, and follow-up administration. Preparation of monthly MYOB reports for auditing, including both internal and BAS reports Payroll functions for a minimum team of 40 and record management of onsite contractors What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience with MYOB Advanced and AccountRight.Proven ability to manage distribution paperwork and import/export documentation.Flawless references and a clear history.High level of trustworthiness and reliability.Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.First Aid Certified.
