About the Opportunity The Education Programs Facilitator is responsible for supporting the delivery, administration, production and program delivery for a range of learning programs. This includes programs designed for primary and secondary school students and early childhood audiences and families. Key to this role is ensuring excellent program delivery, administration and program resource management of the education programs. This role will also require production and support for education events and programs. The Education Programs Facilitator is accountable for the following measurable outcomes: Best practice delivery of a range of curriculum-aligned education and early childhood and family programs. Precise and timely management of bookings, ticketing, and communications to audiences to ensure excellent customer service and smooth administration for the education programs. Accurate and efficient administration, including data management and record keeping required for education programs. Robust production support for day-to-day programs, including program resource management and occasional point of contact for casual staff. Robust program support for education programs and events, including feedback for program development and testing; and creating supporting curriculum resources for programs. About You The successful candidate possesses knowledge in leading engaging programs and/or lessons for school aged students and early childhood. Key to this role is ensuring excellent administration and delivery of educational and learning events and activities to the Library's school-aged audiences. In addition, you will come to us with: Demonstrated best-practice experience delivering curriculum-linked education programs, preferably in an education or cultural organisation setting. Demonstrated program administration experience, especially in managing bookings, communications and data management, ideally in an education or cultural organisation setting. Demonstrated experience in supporting the creation of programs and events, preferably in an education or cultural organisation setting. Demonstrated experience in designing supporting curriculum resources for programs. Current VIT (Victorian Institute of Teaching) registration is desirable.
