The OpportunityThe Licensing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the Designworks business is conducted within the guidelines of our licensed contracts and ensures all licensed products are approved by licensors at each contractual stage, submitted through the appropriate approval portal, and feedback delivered to design teams in a timely manner. Working with the licensing manager and accounts team to ensure all royalty reports, forecasts, and other financial requirements are processed correctly. Through day-to-day relationships with brand owners and licensors, the licensing coordinator sources and builds presentation materials and polices brand assurance across each of the licensed brands with internal teams. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the approval process for each licence, ensuring relevant areas of the business adhere to relevant processes and stages required within the contract. Follow up with designers, production, and QA, ensuring Licensor comments are actioned. Educate relevant internal stakeholders on the Licence approval process for each license. Brief team on sending of final licensor samples – number of samples, portal log ins, etc. Maintain library of style guides and log in for licensor portals – communicating to relevant stakeholders when updates, new guides/restrictions, etc. are in place. Liaise with licensor on approvals. Maintain and update files to licensor requirements. Work closely with Licensing Manager on any approval issues at Licensor level. Work with planners, account managers, finance, and licensing manager to submit financial and business reports. Skills and Experience you offer us: Experience in working with licensed brands, contracts, and style guides. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) desirable but not essential. Exceptional organisational skills and strong communication skills. Team player, problem solver.
