Anangu Lands Community Engagement Service Development AdviserThis position supports the Education Director of the Anangu Lands Partnership.The Anangu Lands is a diverse collection of remote communities located far north/west, and west of South Australia, where the department's 10 schools are located.This role includes consultation and collaborative planning undertaken with each of the communities and each of the school staff groups.The Anangu Lands Partnership Leadership ensures that planning and implementation is reflective of community need and aligned to measurable outcomes.The Anangu Lands Partnership Community Engagement and Service Development Adviser will deliver high-level leadership and mentoring across the Anangu Lands communities, focusing on enhanced learning outcomes for all students.The position is required to lead and manage evidence-based planning and reporting for responsive and effective education across the Anangu Lands.This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across Anangu Lands schools and preschool sites, including staff, parents, governing councils, students, and service providers to identify and plan collaboratively to address the education and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people. #J-18808-Ljbffr
