ABOUT THE POSITION. Reporting to one of our reputable and approachable Associate Directors, you will assist in ensuring that our team are supported from an operational perspective. In this position you will not only be involved in executing general administration duties, but will also include some marketing, event management, and more. DUTIES. Answer phone calls Meet and greet clients and candidates Manage and set up company meetings Manage stocktake General marketing duties Manage and plan company events Adhoc administration tasks SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Previous experience and/or exposure to administration related tasks is advantageous A strong attention to detail and time management skills are a must Strong ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills CULTURE.
