About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Storeperson / Imprest Officer to join our Supply Chain Operations team in South Brisbane. This full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract will provide an opportunity to work collaboratively with the centralised Mater Supply Chain Operations team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring accurate receipt and distribution of goods within the warehouse
* Collaborating with the Supply Chain Operations team to address order and stock issues promptly
* Supporting stocktake activities and maintaining high-quality stock control processes
* Following Mater Supply Chain Operations imprest management processes for replenishing stock levels
* Providing excellent customer service and adhering to quality, risk, and governance guidelines
About you
The successful candidate will have a Certificate II in Transport and Logistics (Warehousing and Storage) and:
* Demonstrated experience in warehousing operations, preferably in a large, complex organisation
* Proficiency in working with inventory management platforms, including imprest management
* Organised and detail-oriented with a change mindset
* Proactive in raising issues and finding solutions within a team environment
