You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers at our customer sites, continuously promoting Metso’s value add offering.Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this role will be based in Mackay, Queensland and will support customers in the Bowen Basin Coalfields. We are open to a relocation to Mackay if you are already based in Australia. The account management team works closely with our technical sales support, customer service, field service, business/product lines and other support teams to ensure a healthy business with high customer satisfaction. The members in our team are located across the East Coast.What you’ll doResponsible for delivering profitable business growthFocus on after market business area, as well as identifying the investment/capex opportunities for the wider businessPlan the activities of any Metso function at the siteSeek and coordinate the best resources and channels to be used for customer facing activitiesUnderstand our customer business and is capable to present Metso’s added valueDrive site sales activities, together with cross organizational site account team.
