Job Description: PTE Head Trainer Position Title: PTE Head TrainerLocation: SydneyReports To: ManagerEmployment Type: ContractOverview:We are seeking an experienced and passionate PTE (Pearson Test of English) Head Trainer to lead our training programs and ensure the highest standards of instruction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the PTE exam structure, proven teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and guide both trainers and students.Key Responsibilities:Training Development:Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for PTE preparation.Continuously update course materials to reflect changes in exam formats and educational best practices.Instruction:Deliver high-quality training sessions to students, focusing on all aspects of the PTE exam: speaking, writing, listening, and reading.Provide individual feedback and support to students to enhance their skills and confidence.Team Leadership:Train and mentor a team of PTE trainers, fostering a collaborative and effective teaching environment.Conduct regular evaluations of trainer performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.Assessment & Evaluation:Develop assessment tools to evaluate student progress and course effectiveness.Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Student Support:Establish strong relationships with students, addressing their concerns and needs throughout their training journey.Organize workshops and extra sessions for targeted skill development.Administrative Duties:Manage scheduling, resources, and logistics for training sessions.Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in English language teaching, specifically focused on PTE or similar standardized tests.Proven track record of achieving high student success rates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team-building abilities.Familiarity with the latest educational technology and online teaching platforms.PTE certification 79+ in each module is must.Skills:Deep understanding of the PTE exam format and scoring criteria.Ability to create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials.Strong analytical skills for evaluating student progress.Adaptability to different learning styles and needs.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Professional development opportunities.Application Process:To apply, please submit your resume, PTE scorecard detailing your relevant experience, and any supporting documents to E- rupinder@bostoninstitute.nsw.edu.auJob Type: ContractPay: $35.00 per hourSchedule: 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Have you passed PTE with 79+ in each module?
