Leading ASX listed company requires a highly experienced Senior Change Manager for a 12 month + contract to work on outsourcing of key functions based in Macquarie Park.As the Senior Change Manager, you will work closely with the Executive team to manage a significant organisational transition.Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute change strategies in a decentralised-to-centralised operating model shift.Navigate and address resistance from impacted employees and stakeholders.Provide strategic change leadership to ensure a smooth transition by year-end.Support senior executives in delivering clear, empathetic, and strategic messaging.Drive engagement and alignment with the wider finance team.To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven track record of managing large-scale, sensitive change in enterprise environments.Experience in offshoring, outsourcing, or post-M&A integration.Exceptional stakeholder management—influencing mid to senior-level executives daily.Strong executive presence, high EQ, and deep empathy—you can balance business needs with people impact.Sydney-based and comfortable being onsite most days.Work directly with senior leadership on a critical transformation.Drive real business impact while managing change with sensitivity and care.If you have the leadership, strategic mindset, and emotional intelligence to drive this transformation successfully, we want to hear from you!
