You will need to be available for coverage over a variety of morning, afternoon, and overnight 'waking shifts'. Your duties will include: Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling. Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent. Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community. Building positive relationships with our clients. Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable. Requirements A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum). Live locally to Hornsby.
