Depending on experience, you will be handling up to 20 dwellings at any one time as well as, coordinate, program, and schedule jobs, trades, and materials. You will be managing the civil groundworks to completion and then handover. You will solve design and construction issues that arise on-site. Tasks & Responsibilities Experience in managing upwards of 15 projects at any one time Past experience working with project homes or with Volume project home building Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on-site Able to lead a team and oversee site staff Liaise with internal office staff (Estimators, Drafters) Have previous experience supervising on residential projects Skills & experience Cert 3 in Carpentry or Bricklaying - MUST Cert 4 in Building and Construction - MUST Current Drivers License Experience with Volume project home building Min 4 - 5 years' experience Benefits & Perks Experienced team and management Good support and training from head office Seamless onboarding process Long-term and stable role About the company Our client is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
