You will also serve as the product owner for the university timetable system, ensuring it meets both operational and strategic needs. Your expertise will drive continuous improvements and optimise systems to support JCU’s educational goals. Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to make decisions and provide advice based on legislation, policies and procedures, and a focus on continuous improvement will see you thrive in this role. Experience in a student administration role within a higher education institution is highly desirable.
