Duties
• Develop and manage projects that support regional economic development, including Regional Jobs Hubs Network and Youth Jobs Strategy.
• Identify gaps in services and policy areas critical to the delivery of Jobs Tasmania and Economic Development Group's agenda.
• Collaborate with program partners and stakeholders to improve practice and co-design solutions.
• Connect service providers, government, businesses, and industry with support programs, providing advice and referrals to promote Education, Employment or Training opportunities.
• Prepare high-level communication and correspondence, including policy documentation and reports.
• Provide labour market intelligence and data to inform program design and delivery.
• Establish productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across community, local government, business, education, and training sectors.
