We are currently seeking passionate Registered Nurses to provideclinical support to the team at Bethanie Elanora Aged Care Homelocated in Bunbury. Co-located with a retirement village, BethanieElanora is an 81 bed facility located close to the beach, offeringcomfortable living as well as some of the best aged care facilitiesin the area.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical careand case management. Supervision, direction and leadership ofnursing and care / support staff will also be part of yourrole.
These roles are offered on a permanent part time basis, working3-4 shifts per week across morning and afternoon shifts. We arealso accepting applications for RNs to join the casual pool workingacross our three sites in the South West.

About You
1. Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
2. Current CPR (or willingness to complete)
3. Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but is not essential
4. Ability to work independently and professionally
5. Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
7. Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
8. Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
9. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one)
The Role
10. Take immediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safe and effective manner, while providing direction to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers
11. Complete assessment and / or admission requirements
12. Maintain an effective referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and / or allied health staff
13. Ensure that clinical records reflect care, in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirements
14. Provide mentoring and training to employees where required
