About the Role
You will play a critical role in driving new customer acquisitions by developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants, and business owners.
The role involves working as part of a high-performance, collaborative team to provide whole-of-business finance solutions to customers, increasing funds under management.
* Maintain and leverage deep circles of influence and broker relationships.
* Drive a structured, disciplined weekly operating rhythm to drive strong sales momentum.
* Use data and insights to engage potential and existing customers and identify opportunities.
* Make cold calls as part of your acquisition approach.
* Collaborate with ANZ stakeholders to solve complex problems.
* Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences.

* Experience with credit assessment and management.

* Strong stakeholder management to anticipate, understand, and identify different needs.
* A passion for helping business owners thrive.
* Proven experience developing new and existing relationships with business owners and external networks.
* University degree will be well-regarded.
