The Opportunity
Join our impressive and highly regarded Norwest Corporate practice working with partners Brendon Noney and Matthew Rowe. You will work on an interesting mix of private treaty M&A, general commercial advice, acting for franchisors, strategic advice and corporate governance work. This is an amazing opportunity to work on matters from government, publicly listed local and foreign companies through to medium, family, emerging businesses that makes up our prominent client base.
Accountabilities
5. Private M&A (with a healthy mix of buy-side and sell-side mandates).
6. Advising on structuring and documenting a wide range of commercial arrangements.
7. Transactional and general commercial work for high profile franchisor clients and IP, Technology and Media clients.
8. Corporate governance and director duties advice.
9. Business set up, structuring, shareholder agreements and related documentation.
Skills and Experience
10. Corporate advisory experience (ie M&A, general corporate/commercial) from a reputable firm background.
11. Driven with great attitude to work and life.
12. Procurement, supply and distribution agreements.
13. PPSR experience preferred but not essential.
14. IP/IT experience preferred but not essential.
15. Franchisor work preferred but not essential.
16. Strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
