Prior experience is essential as this is a fast-paced role managing a high-density portfolio including a range of residential and commercial plans, layered schemes and BMG's. What you will be doing Manage a portfolio of clients; including correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors Manage client retention; deliver exceptional customer experience and effective conflict resolution strategies Liaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work orders High level of technical knowledge and accountability Prepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets and minutes) Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolio Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities Provide mentorship, support and quality assurance to a team of Community Managers/Assistant Community Managers What you need to bring to the role Class 1 or 2 license is highly desirable but not essential Strong understanding of QLD Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Attention to detail and strong time management skills Takes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integration Empathic, team oriented and eager to develop / enable others Self-motivated with initiative and learning focus (growth mindset) What's in it for you?
