What’s on offer?
An experienced Senior Survey/Data Manager is now being sought to join our Northern Region Construction Services team for the Coomera Connector Project. Reporting to the Survey Manager, you will have the ability to build strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment. You will be responsible for supporting the onsite survey teams with design, data processing, troubleshooting and drafting. You will be required to liaise with onsite personnel and update internal systems and procedures in order to assist the team with working efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
5. General set out and conformances and liaising/planning of site survey requirements with project staff.
6. Ensuring the most update to date is being communicated to site teams and GPS guided machinery.
7. Ensuring the adherence to survey quality procedures and leading a culture of safety and productivity across the project.
8. Delivery of accurate, timely and responsive surveying services ensuring that the design is checked and any potential design clashes are identified.
9. Carrying out all aspects of surveying and data modelling tasks as required by the project.
10. Commitment to quality, safety and environmental considerations and Accreditations.
Requirements:
11. Prior experience with TMR projects and relevant specifications is advantageous.
12. Demonstrated experience in survey data management in major construction environments.
13. Experience and understanding of major project design processes, particularly the interface with construction survey and associated survey data requirements.
14. Hold a relevant qualification with intermediate surveying experience.
15. Experience with 12d or TBC Software. 12d Synergy, Trimble Works Manager, Tokara, Propeller is advantageous.
