Programmed is currently seeking a Trade Assistant to join our onsite team in Kwinana. Successful applicants should have a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety. The role will involve but is not limited to the following duties: Forklift operation. Promote and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day. Responsible for the Cleanliness of Process Equipment Area. Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent monitoring of the processing plant by carrying our routine operating tasks and inspections of the workplace. Be involved with the fault finding of fixed plant operations. Communicate with Supervisors, Process Plant Controllers, Mechanical and Electrical Technicians. Care and basic maintenance of fixed plant equipment. Complete field leadership activities and participate in site safety program and culture.
