Role Description
The WHS Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our safety culture at Workforce Australia for Individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the development of our workplace health and safety strategy.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to promote a strong safety culture.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Provide training and support to employees on WHS policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in WHS management, preferably in a government administration setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
