Senior Manager - Sydney - $170k-$185 + super + bonus An organisation we are currently working with in the development sector, specialising in a diverse range of projects across commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and logistics sectors.We are committed to delivering high-quality developments that align with our strategic vision and contribute positively to the community.Position Overview Our client are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Projects to join the Sydney team.In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Asset Managers to lead all aspects of development works, managing both new developments and existing assets.You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities Conceptualise development design requirements and formulate design briefs aligned with the Company's development strategy.Oversee the development of design concepts/options and manage design consultants.Liaise with relevant authorities for project approvals, manage tender processes, and oversee construction and contract administration.Manage the development process from inception through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.Engage service providers according to procurement procedures and policies, ensuring projects meet budgetary and scheduling expectations.Provide regular and accurate reporting on project status and issues.Lead, mentor, and coach a small team to foster professional growth and ensure project success.Job Requirements: Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of relevant development or project management experience, with a proven track record in executing commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and/or logistics projects.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create solutions that meet the needs of business units, shareholders, and the environment.Commitment to continuous improvement in design and processes through innovative thinking and value engineering.High level of independence, initiative, accountability, and cultural sensitivity.Excellent leadership abilities to drive projects while being an effective team player.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to make a significant impact on diverse projects.If you are interested in the role above, do not hesitate to reach out over the phone or by email.Email: ******Phone: 0459419045 #J-18808-Ljbffr
