What does the business unit do?
Emergency Management Technology and Data is responsible for national and state technology platforms that enable communications from the community, communications to the community, sector operational communications and sector information systems.
This includes delivering the following key functions: - Strategy & Enterprise Architecture - Procurement & Program delivery - Investment Planning - Support & Development - Vendor & Contract management What will the role do?
The project manager (ICT) role requires the ability to combine project delivery, stakeholder management skills and a flexible mindset to meet organisational needs.
You will be an experienced project manager, ideally with experience working in the public sector to deliver projects across the ICT landscape and have a demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively with other team members and key external stakeholders.
Some of your duties will include: * Lead, manage, and deliver projects in a cloud landscape, with a specific focus on implementing new Service Management and Identity Management solutions * Lead the creation, review and approval of project requirements and artefacts, including service provider/vendor technical deliverables, project registers, and plans * Manage the development and review of design artefacts from external service providers/vendors including ServiceNow workflows and OKTA configurations, ensuring compliance with contracted requirements, industry methodologies and frameworks Please refer to the position description for more detailed accountabilities What skills and knowledge should the Project Manager, ICT have?
