Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Identify and develop sales opportunities, focusing on large enterprise clients in the mining, metals, and smelting industries. Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional account management and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Enterprise Solutions Sales: Present and sell complex enterprise solutions (ERP, MES/SCADA, software products), addressing business and technical requirements. Strategy Development: Create effective sales strategies for penetrating Fortune 500 accounts and winning in competitive markets. Client Engagement: Develop custom presentations showcasing our solutions' value and how they solve client business problems. Team Collaboration: Lead and motivate a virtual team throughout the sales cycle to achieve business objectives. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth. Market Feedback: Provide insights to product management, marketing, and engineering teams based on customer feedback and market trends. Qualifications: Experience: Extensive experience in senior sales roles within a product environment, with a strong track record of meeting multi-million-dollar quotas. Industry Knowledge: Deep network and proven sales success in the Metal Supply Chain, Mining, and Smelting industries. Technical Sales Expertise: Experience in selling enterprise solutions (ERP, MES/SCADA) or complex software products, particularly to Fortune 500 accounts. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively to clients. Sales Acumen: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident with a competitive and tenacious attitude. Team Player: Able to work independently while collaborating within a team environment. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently as required. Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher. An MBA or industry-specific courses are an added advantage.
