Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers.
* Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships, processing customer orders and enquiries, and performing administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner.
* Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry.
* Great computer skills including Word and Excel.
* Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
