Duties:
A newly developed role, this 'greenfield' position will see you take the helm of sales strategy, marketing, and customer functions associated with Residential Communities and Home Building.
Key duties will include:
Undertake a thorough review of the customer profile to devise the platform to drive strategy and decision-making going forward.Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performance sales and marketing team.Develop and manage the yearly marketing calendar.Maximise sales margins and profits while achieving the company's sales targets.Develop strong external partnerships/relationships with stakeholders, agents, developers, etc.Provide thought leadership and adopt an insights-led approach to achieve business objectives.Specific requirements:
There is a strong focus on attracting someone who is data-driven, analytical, and can identify and attract a pinpointed target market.
You should also demonstrate:
