Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our claims team, comprising 6-7 Team Managers and up to 70 staff members.
* Manage relationships between our client and their clients from a claims perspective.
* Engage, develop, and coach large-scale teams.
* Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* A thorough understanding of the NSW workers compensation scheme.
* Experience in leading large teams and managing team managers.
* A supportive and engaging leadership style.
* Excellent client stakeholder management skills.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to manage change.
* Understanding of both psychological and physical injuries within the workers comp framework in NSW.
