We seek a dynamic individual who is deeply committed to Vocational Education, eager to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional training and assessment services to our students. This position is Full-Time hours, presenting an opportunity to effect positive change within the community while forging a lasting career path supported by continuous professional development.
We are currently seeking a Trainer and Assessors for the following qualifications:
– BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
– BSB40210 Certificate IV in Business
– BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management
– BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery: Conduct training and assessment for students completing their courses exclusively online.
2. Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to meet individual learner needs and achieve progression and completion targets.
3. Quality Maintenance: Ensure adherence to all compliance obligations while upholding high standards in delivery and assessment.
4. Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from diverse backgrounds throughout their vocational journey via virtual platforms and, occasionally, on-site interactions.
5. Must be able to participate in validation and moderation of assessments and learning material

12. Proficient in utilising online platforms and effectively using Zoom/Teams for meetings.
Essential Requirements :
– Holds a current TAE qualification (TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)
– Recent industry currency relevant to the industry being taught
– Ability and skills to conduct validation
– Leadership experience in the corporate environment is highly regarded
