About the Role: Shop Manager - Leura
As a passionate Shop Manager, you will lead our Anglicare Op Shop in Leura. Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading with Heart: Inspire and manage a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
* Drive Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and support Anglicare's vision and values.
* Build Community: Forge strong relationships with local community members, churches, and key stakeholders to enhance our shop's presence and impact.
* Champion Sustainability: Promote the joy of recycling, reusing, and reloving beautiful pre-loved items.
Your Impact
