Full Time Trainer and Assessor (Coach)
We are seeking a Full Time Trainer and Assessor (Coach) to deliver training and assessment to our Learner cohort, in line with the relevant training package and our training and assessment strategies.
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will provide flexible and engaging approaches to delivering educational programs, adapting your training style and delivery method to accommodate individual Learners' learning needs.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering training and assessment to Learners upon completion of all relevant Qualifications
2. Providing a flexible and engaging approach to delivering educational programs to the Learner cohort
3. Adapting training style and delivery method to accommodate Learner's learning needs
4. Demonstrating resilience and interpersonal skills to engage with a mixed cohort of Learners
5. Maintaining professional boundaries in the role
6. Completing all documentation in line with company policy and procedures
7. Managing challenges and barriers faced with delivering alternative education to the Learner cohort
8. Transporting Learners to and from sessions as permitted
9. Managing time effectively, administrative tasks, and meeting deadlines
10. Utilizing strong written, oral, and digital literacy skills, and attention to detail
11. Working within the requirements set out within our training and assessment strategies
12. Collaborating cohesively in a team environment
13. Undertaking regular training to ensure understanding and adherence to Child Safe Standards and Mandatory reporting
14. Completing annual professional development provided by us
Essential requirements for verification before commencement include:
* Current Driver's license
* Own a reliable vehicle (registered and insured)
* Annual National Police Check (completed within 2 weeks of appointment)
* Current Working with Children's Check-in State/s of operation

Locations: Throughout Australia. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 4.36 pm. Christmas Closure period (Dec/Jan, 10 A/L days). Remuneration: Level 5 $72,806 Supervised Coach - All Coaches will complete company study phase requirements. Timeframe 6 weeks - 12 month. Level 7 $83,077 Qualified Coach - Coaches at this level will hold all required qualifications and have met all Study Phase requirements.
