Job Description:
The Centre Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a premier retail centre on the Gold Coast. This will involve managing a team of staff, maintaining relationships with tenants and stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the centres
* Position and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area
* Ensure tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with relevant lease provisions
* Collaborate with onsite and wider teams, including Facilities Management, Marketing, and Administration
* Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements
* Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance
* Provide regular centre performance updates to clients
Requirements:
* Previous Centre Management experience within a retail environment
* Strong organisational skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Financial acumen with ability to prepare and analyse financial reports
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive and professional approach
* Real Estate Licence is required for this role
