Our client is a well-established not-for-profit aged care facility in regional NSW with a strong community focus dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for its residents. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this facility into the future with a strong focus on both business acumen and clinical excellence.The Role:As the CEO of this aged care facility, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic direction of the facility, while ensuring the highest standard of care for the residents. Your business expertise will guide the facility towards sustainable growth, while your clinical understanding will ensure that all aspects of care are in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the aged care facility, ensuring a strong focus on resident care, safety, and wellbeing.Develop and implement business strategies that align with strategic plans, ensuring the facility's financial stability and growth.Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all departments, including clinical, administrative, and support services.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, maintaining high levels of care quality and safety.Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective management without compromising the quality of care.Provide strategic leadership to the entire team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.Engage with key stakeholders, including residents, families, staff, and external partners, to maintain positive relationships and enhance the facility's reputation in the local area.Develop and implement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent.Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or Executive Director, within the aged care, healthcare, or related industries.A strong understanding of aged care operations, clinical services, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated expertise in business management, including financial oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning.A background in clinical care or a related healthcare profession is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of aged care standards.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.A commitment to high standards of resident care and a passion for improving outcomes in the aged care sector.Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, healthcare, or a related field.
