Equipment & Service Installations Team Overview
The Equipment & Service Installations teams are dynamic teams that are responsible for the installation, removal, and servicing of our equipment for valued customers. This includes installation, removal, servicing, quality assurance, and preventative maintenance of our wide range of equipment.
Role Purpose
A core element of our growth strategy rests on an equipment growth and installations strategy while ensuring we receive return on investment for the placement of our equipment. Our goal is to maximize equipment uptime to drive revenue and growth in our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our team members, and our consumers safe at all times and providing the best possible customer service.
* Conducting equipment installations, removals, and site surveys.
* Selecting equipment that drives efficiency into our operations while meeting customer requirements.
* Consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure installations occur within customer expectations and time frames.
* CCEP Equipment Installations must be compliant to CCEP and Australian Standards.
* Conducting EQS projects efficiently and on time.
* Providing service at the lowest sustainable cost.
* Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools.
* Contributing to team success.
* Actively participating in and understanding the principles of continuous improvement through structured RCA's (Root Cause Analysis).
* Actively participating in maintaining and developing technical skills.
* Actively participating in our Operational Excellence platforms.
About You
We are looking for individuals with the following skills, experience, and attributes:
* Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders.
* Proven ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions under time constraints.
* Experience dealing with multiple priorities.
* Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritize multiple initiatives/resources.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
* Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
* Technical Skills (on-the-job training provided).
* Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g., SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite).
* Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety.
* Refrigeration or Electrical Qualification – Not essential but preferred.
* Parts management.
* Beverage dispenser knowledge.
* Postmix equipment knowledge.
* Frozen equipment knowledge.
* Coffee machine knowledge.
